Philip Menard, CCC-SLP

Philip Menard is the Clinical Director of Arbor Autism Centers and a speech‑language pathologist with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and their families. He is the creator of the STEPS Autism Program and the ToMs Theory of Mind Gaming Program at the University of Michigan, where his work has emphasized the complex interaction between communication, behavior, development, motivation, and environment. Philip’s approach applies research‑based principles to individualized clinical programming, resulting in meaningful outcomes for children and families. His innovative strategies and clinical outcomes have been presented at the national level, reflecting his ongoing commitment to advancing evidence‑based autism care.

Amanda Jager is a licensed speech‑language pathologist, Director of the Arbor EATS Feeding Program, and Program Coordinator at Arbor Autism Centers. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Grand Valley State University and completed an internship with Michigan Medicine’s STEPS Autism Program before receiving her master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from Emerson College.


Amanda’s graduate clinical training focused on the evaluation and treatment of pediatric feeding disorders, with particular emphasis on feeding difficulties in children with autism. During her clinical fellowship, she developed the Arbor EATS Feeding Program to provide evidence‑based feeding therapy while offering education and meaningful support to families. She is passionate about sharing feeding therapy knowledge with staff, medical professionals, and the broader community.

Before pursuing speech‑language pathology, Jordan worked as a social worker in a variety of roles serving children in foster care and those with mental health diagnoses. She earned her Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from Eastern Michigan University and is passionate about providing compassionate, family‑centered care that supports children’s communication and overall well‑being.

Cori Manore is a speech‑language pathology clinical fellow involved in the Arbor Groups programs. She earned her Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from the University of Toledo and completed her graduate internship working with the pediatric population, with a particular focus on supporting children with autism in both school‑based and clinical settings. Cori is passionate about helping children with autism achieve their communication goals through individualized, strengths‑based care. In addition to her clinical training, she brings valuable experience from roles as a childcare worker in daycare and preschool settings, a classroom aide in a summer school program, and a newborn hearing screener at Toledo Hospital.

Katelynn Kemski is an occupational therapist, Aquatic Therapy Autism Program Certified Provider, and certified lifeguard specializing in autism‑focused care. She is the creator of the ARBOR Swim Program, which teaches essential swim and water safety skills to children, teens, and adults with autism, and is the developer of the Aquatic Safety for Autism Provider (ASAP) Certification, a training program designed to prepare adults to deliver effective aquatic therapy and water safety instruction for individuals with autism, launching in June 2025.


Katelynn has dedicated her career to pediatric practice with a strong emphasis on autism treatment. She earned her occupational therapy degree from Grand Valley State University and began her career at Michigan Medicine as a student intern in the STEPS Autism Treatment Program before joining the team full‑time. Through both land‑based and aquatic therapy services, she continues to support children with autism and their families with compassion, creativity, and evidence‑based care.

Morgan Pogliano is an occupational therapist who earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University. During her training, she worked with clients ranging from preschool age through adulthood in both a center‑based special education program and a TBI/neurorehabilitation clinic, supporting individuals with autism, severe cognitive impairments, multiple complex disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries. Across these settings, Morgan focused on developing fine motor, sensory, self‑care, and social skills. Jessica (Jess) Morrison is a board‑certified behavior analyst with over two decades of experience supporting individuals across educational and clinical settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a concentration in Child Development, from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign and began her career in Illinois as a case manager at a residential facility serving adults with developmental disabilities.


Jessica later returned to Michigan to earn a Master’s Degree in Counseling with a focus on school and rehabilitation counseling from Wayne State University. She has worked in public schools since 2007 in a variety of roles, including paraprofessional, Title I coordinator, and substitute counselor. She pursued advanced training in behavior analysis in 2012 and obtained her Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in 2021.

Carley Curry is a speech-language pathology intern who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Calvin University and will continue in the Master of Speech-Language Pathology program there, with anticipated completion in May 2026. She has a strong interest in working with the pediatric population and is passionate about supporting communication development and feeding therapy.
