Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an optional component of the ARBOR Early Intervention and Caregiver Guidance Program that can be incorporated when it aligns with a child's individual needs and treatment goals. The ARBOR program brings together multiple disciplines, including speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, and caregiver guidance, to support communication, social, play, motor, cognitive, and adaptive skill development.
ABA is not available as a standalone therapy and is only offered as a component of the ARBOR Program.
When included as part of a child's treatment plan, ABA uses evidence-based strategies to teach new skills, increase independence, and reduce barriers to participation in daily activities. Services are individualized to each child's strengths, needs, and family priorities, with a focus on meaningful progress in natural environments. Our team collaborates closely with caregivers and other therapy providers to ensure a coordinated approach that supports skill development across settings.
By integrating ABA services when appropriate, we help children develop functional skills that support greater independence, engagement, and success at home, school, and in the community.
