Please be sure that the child's name, medication, and pharmacy are all correct, then click on "Request Refill". Please be sure to select the appropriate sibling when requesting refills. Use the dropdown menu to select the correct child's name and then click the filter button.
Please note: if the same medication is listed twice, please request a refill on BOTH listings
A confirmation of your request will display under "Action/Status"
Your prescriber will review the request and the refill will be sent to your pharmacy
If your child's medication is not listed or your pharmacy has not received the request from us after 3 business days, please send a portal message to General Q&A.
